Note 1: Quarterly management fees are calculated based on the average assets for the quarter and charged to the account at the end of each quarter. These fees may be changed with 60 days’ notice.
Note 2: Applicable taxes are added to the management fees.

Fee and Asset Exclusions

Our funds are excluded from the calculation of fees, and the assets of our Balanced Fund are excluded from the total assets used to establish the quarterly rate.

Consolidating Assets to Reduce Fees

  • Your registered and non-registered assets, as well as those of your spouse, are included in the total assets to establish the quarterly fee.
  • The assets of a company governed by a sole or family director are added to the owner’s personal assets to establish the quarterly fee.

Administration Fees

Certain fees may apply in addition to the management fees.
